Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. Orders are processed immediately.

Shipping is free of charge.

My promotional discount did not show up at checkout, how do I redeem my discount?
All discounts are refunded back to the paypal/google account used because the hosting services do not allow for discounts to show at checkout.

I received the wrong product OR my prduct was damaged.
All return/exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt, i.e. customer must email for a RMA within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Items will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for all in-stock merchandise via USPS:

Every item has its own unique size chart found on the item page. Click the photo to enlarge for a better view. This is to ensure each piece fits as it should.

Should I order an item without using the size chart measurements?
No. Every designer has his/her own size chart associated with their designs. Some cuts are smaller, whereas others are larger. Please use size chart shown on item page for best sizing measurements.
